Legal, privacy and compliance

These pages describe how DKAM handles identity, credential and capability data, what controls are in place today, and what is on the compliance roadmap. They are maintained by the DKAM team and updated as the platform matures.

Data Correction & Dispute Process

Mistakes happen. DKAM provides a clear path to correct or challenge a record while keeping the verification chain intact.

Self-asserted information

You can edit self-asserted information directly from your Bluck at any time. The change is logged on your audit trail.

Organisation-confirmed information

For information confirmed by an employer, partner or other organisation, raise a correction request from the relevant record. The verifier is notified and can update, withdraw or reissue the entry. If the verifier disputes the change, the record remains as-issued with your dispute noted, and you may add a counter-statement.

Source-issued credentials

For credentials issued by a university, college, certifying body or other source, the correction process runs through the issuer. DKAM routes the request and tracks the outcome. The issuer remains the authority on the credential.

Identity information

Identity information such as name, date of birth or contact details can be updated by the individual. Material changes may require re-confirmation.

How to raise a correction

  1. Open the record on your Bluck.
  2. Use Request correction and describe the change with supporting context.
  3. Track the status on your audit trail.

For account-level issues, use the Contact page with enquiry type Privacy / Data Request.
