Deletion and Consent Withdrawal
You remain in control of what is shared, with whom, and for what purpose. You can withdraw consent and remove your data from DKAM.
Revoke an access grant
Open Permissions on your Bluck, find the active grant and select Revoke. The counterparty loses access immediately. The original grant and the revocation remain in your audit trail.
Delete a specific record
Self-asserted records can be deleted directly. Verified records can be hidden from your Bluck; the verifier may retain a record of having issued the original entry for integrity purposes.
Close your account
Closing your account removes your personal data from active use on the platform. Some information may be retained in a minimised form to satisfy legal, security and audit obligations. Verifier-issued records continue to exist with the issuer but no longer appear on a live Bluck.
How to request account deletion
Use the Contact page with enquiry type Privacy / Data Request and the word "Deletion" in your message. We will confirm the request and complete it within a reasonable timeframe.
What withdrawal does not do
- It does not retroactively remove information already viewed and stored by a counterparty during a previously granted access window.
- It does not delete records held independently by an issuer outside DKAM.
